    Nine Hour Films has been invited to particilpate in the first annual Speakeasy Shorts Competition!

    Eight filmmaking teams have only 5 days to write, shoot, edit—and screen a film based on stories from eight local storytellers. The kicker: none of the teams have heard the stories before they are presented.

D.C./Virginia based company that creates both fiction and non-fiction films As a director, I feel strongly that "every person has a story", and that my job is simply to tell that story to the best of my ability.
